Good luck if you do deicide to presue this as W.I.P, I really like the first edit. Give him a good Dudley base and some cool and quick juke and jive attacks and you might actually have something there. %%-

I would say wip it with somebody. Even if it doesn't look much like Stallone in the face, it doesn't matter because there is a Rambo on mugen that uses Guile as a base and it doesn't look like Sylvester Stallone,but it is still a fun character.

about the WIp..maybe if you try to edit upon the small sprites of my Rocky....is a suggestion...I can change into a new sff with your sprites.....
