-Small and Big ports are TOO big. (They should be no more than 25 x 25 and 120 x 140 respectively)
-He moves forward a pixels during Shinkuu Hadouken
-The Focus Attack Dash Cancel (Back) can be cancelled into another backdash almost immediately.
-Animelem 25 of EX Tatsumaki Sempuu Kyaku lasts for too many ticks.
Why didn't you credit Rei at all? Its obvious that most of this stuff was taken from his SF4 Ryu yet there's no mention of him in this topic. I assumed he'd be credited in the readme but there's no readme at all.

We can see yhe limit of energy or life in Energy Bar.
We can see the power to do super attach in power bar.

It is a mugen battle, Rufus vs C.Viper. It proved that someone made them for mugen. but who and where have they realeas them? This is and open question for me. :O*D
I like Chuchoryu. because he is making sf4 chars in 2D. Hoping that he will makes sfex, sf1 etc chars in sf3 style. :w00t:
