Well, I used Pocket Fighter's because they're Capcom style, but you can still use Namco X Capcom anyway because you can recolor them into Capcom style. As long as he matches up standing next to Ryu I think he will look fine.
Plus I used Pocket Fighter for their comical style, and Viewtiful Joe is a very comical character.

i've done this run frame, i try use some other body but that of Namco x Capcom for me is the best, they are cartoon and real like snk's... i love the results

Awesome job on the body, but the face itself doesn`t look like Joe much, make bigger eyes and make the beard look slighly less visible (I thought VJ didn`t have a beard till I played TvC

)

You only need move the scarf for the stance animations, add the black and white shading to the borders to capture his art style an your golden

are u going to make the single scarf or leave it double? i can imagine it being a real pain animating his normal single scarf

You may want to tweak his design a bit, if you want Joe to be MvC-styled.

i do this for everyone is good to animate this and want to make a full char for V-Joe.

i keep make sprite but if someone is interested to work with me i really want Joe in my mugen eheh

I really like his face! It's a good start, hopefully you'll keep going with him

Nice work so far, keep up the good spriting and I look forward to more of him. Be careful of your shading though, on the run he seems to have pecs, but in the other sprites he doesn't.

, I made a WIP topic for Wayne from Lost Planet, but it literally got trolled and moved to discusion, this led made me stop spriting him almost completely, I just lost the will to keep at it

I can try to make some edits like that Joe, but I need to know who did you sprite him from?

Also, Dead-X is right about the pecs

I`ll help ya with the hypers and the sp moves! I`ve decided this, we really need a VJ in MUGEN

, leeme know when you are a tad further, IE - most of the 6 buttons and at least the walk & jump

WARNING - the walk will be hard for VJ, I don`t imagine the dash to be hard at all, anyways, start PMing me

i have used a base of Bravoman and Jin of Namco x Capcom sprites, the helmet and the scarf is handmade by me, and the other pieces by other char always from NxC
