Story:
At the end of Capcom Vs. SNK Rugal defeated Akuma in battle to absorb his dark hadou power to become God Rugal. Rugal undergoes a transformation and his visage clearly resembles Akuma's, hinting that Akuma's spirit was able to overtake his body, due to his weakened condition creating a true "God of Fighting." Of course, i'll make it sound much cooler but, that's pretty much the just of it. True to "Millionaire Fighting" but, making him an actual W.I.P.
P.S. The sprites are VERY ROUGH, don't worry I'll have a new post soon!

Thanks for all the feedback everyone has give me! Now I have a major announcement my buddy, "Triple M " is also involved in the project and check out what he whipped up! I'll do some more spriting myself tommorrow..

is satsui no hadou rugal going to have a misogi move or sgs?
I am kinda doing a fusion of certain moves to make moves that are familar yet, new. Ex. genocide cutter + hurricane kick = new move. I am working on the hair (look at the new sprite) as for the portrait , that is being covered by my buddy Triple M. I'll keep all ideas into consideration. Keep cranking out ideas! :thumbsup:

You do know that, even with 1 char created, that person isn't experienced enough?
Trust me, if you need ideas, you'll be set for every version released.

I'll always appreciate the ideas. Some people have been complaining that my prerequisite's may be a little harsh but, compared to how many people play M.U.G.E.N. it seems to me to be a serious lack of creators running around (myself included). Anyone that has released at least 1 playable M.U.G.E.N. character automatically falls into those catagories. I could appreicate the learning experience as well while also ensuring a faster release. Thanxs for the complements! That last post was just to show I am still doin the project. Everything I have posted so far is stuff that I wrote in the forums so i'll explain what is going on with that. (As well as providing a closer shot of the action) Pictured above is the after effect of the "Goku Shun Satsu" for Rugal's custom intro #1 after he performs the move on that God Rugal statue that I did in a previous post. Instead of having the traditional kanji in the background I decided to put it against a background of flame. I also had this idea of instead of using the symbol that appears on the back of Shin Akuma, I thought that it would be cool if the shadows on the back of Rugal's gi aligned to form a skull instead since Rugal's powers also steam from the Orochi bloodline.
**If someone can provide me with that kanji that appears in flame as mentioned in that previous post I will include that as well.
Also note, that this is not the "Goku Shun Satsu" that will appear as a move in the game because that one will have a different effect that you haven't seen before. This is just for the intro only.

Even though dshiznetz_is_back says he'll help you with the coding, coding for yourself is not a bad idea. Even for me, this is my first time coding a character, and I'm doing pretty well.. my secret.. look at everything. Get your hands on all of the coding tutorials out there for MUGEN chars, look out them really thoroughly, read them 10 times each, and just go for it!! You do that and you can be a MUGEN coding lord. Coding for the first time can help you with all of your future WIPs, as well.
So go for it!

Good news and bad. I downloaded a nasty trojan the other day my $60.00 trojan program did not get rid of and had to totally wipe my computer. I have pretty much recovered everything but, i am trying to brute force my Mugen. I had it save on 2 seperate dvd's. But for some reason they aren't opening correctly on my computer even though it still reads them. Either way, I am taking the steps to save my stuff so I can use FF for somethings that are helping me in making my sprites. However, the good news I had saved my character creation stuff and is still cranking out sprites. I fixed some things I didn't like about my earlier sprites and touched up some things to make it look better. The project is still on but, it may be a tad delayed until I figure my Mugen mess out. Here is an example of some of the new stuff. If you did not believe I was hand making the custom sprites, check out one of the new Rugal poses. He has never had that pose before.
he looks too much like Rugal then akuma. i liked it when he had akuma face.He is not akuma

this is a nice wip but what moves is to have like rugals and akumas mixed or sumthin completely new if thats even possible for instance a new shun goku satsu (raging demon) even a new logo for the stance?Look through the old pages of the topic, some of the moves list is here. The moves will be hybrids of Rugal and Akuma's moves to create new moves.

I gave a sprite sheet of my Satsui No Hadou Intro to a guy from another forum called Oblivion9794. He did a pretty good job at selling me on his coding skills. I thought I finally had a coder for my W.I.P. Well, I guess he's out of action. 2nd time now this has happened. Not to say this guy would but, I am really iffy about giving out my sprites as some are known to claim others work as their own through Mugen. That is why I would prefer an experience coder that has a few characters under his belt. The spriting is going great but, I have 0 experience with Fighter Factory. Any suggestions?

wth? but ur a newbie over here we infinity peeps are ALWAYS PATIENT for a characters release and its up 2 the author/creator to release his/her character when they feel like it if its a gud beta/alpha or full
bear in mind it does take alot of time possibly over a year for quality characters to be done like this rugal as dark man x has other tings in his life to do all
so please be patient
ask questions like hows the progress/or percentage?
