Hey infinity people, ever wanted to grab a video off youtube and make it into an intro in mugen? No? Oh well... Here's how to do it anyway:
Part1:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6e3aCPCbar4 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6e3aCPCbar4)
part2:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGxd859yVDs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGxd859yVDs)
Btw, I also posted this on team spoiler's tutorial page, but I feel really good about making this tutorial, so I decided to post it in multiple tutorial forums.

You can use Audacity to edit the audio length to sync with the intro.

I copied the link and converted it but when I went to drop it into Vdub it gives me this error message
"Couldn't locate decompressor for format 'DIVX' (DIVX 4+)
VirtualDub requires a Video for Windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. Direct show codecs, such as those used by Windows Media Player, are not suitable"
what do I do to make it work?

It might mean you need the divx codec, try grabbing the divx codec from here (http://labs.divx.com/node/4904).

thanks nick that worked perfectly and thank you susan for an awsome tutorial. One question though, what did I do wrong if my video only plays on half of the screen in my mugen window?
-
Very well, but how can i do to adjust the color of the strife to the palette. For example, the belt of the hobgoblin is white in the intro, how can i do to fix that?
PD: Thanks

Try using a image editor such as gimp (http://www.gimp.org/windows/).

Im with Berkay it may be your fighter factory..

It does have a png option. Ever since I had fighter factory back in 2007 it had a png option but I never used the option. I have the latest Fighter Factory right now and there is still a png option.
