anyway the anime is hot hot hot so far. The Anime really looks like the Afro Samurai artist did it. i didnt do homework like i usually do on who does what but from my guess thats how the anime looks...

Id love to see a New Transformers Cartoon drawn by that same artist. A more Pat Lee style for G1 but animated like this cartoon.

read the subtitles). I'm not a Wolverine fan but his design looks great & Storm is hot...usually i see Ororo as a mother
figure to the X-men but not here ^:)^. I'm not to fond of Beast & Cykes design though... Hank looks like his astonishing
counterpart, while Scott looks like a dark version of Captain Power. I hope a boat load of other X-men guest star or at
least make an appearence like Nightcrawler, Colossus, Psylocke, Banshee & Sunfire.
Oh!... & the ending credit artwork for Stryfe, Juggernaut, Mystique & Mags (A+) :thumbsup:

Sidenote: They should have used this Wolverine design in his animated series cause he looks awesome in this.
im surprised spiderman isnt on the list. spectacular spiderman has been the best animated spidey show but it got cut short. if they made an anime version of it like they did with xmen i would be sooo happy ;D

Anyone wanting to know about the series, well... it's not a continuation from the original x-men animated series, nor is it with x-men evolution or wolverine and the x-men titles. This is more of a what if side story to one of the main x-men movies. If you fans recall the X-men Last Stand movie...well the anime kind of picks up where jean turns into dark phoenix and kills professor x only in the anime jean kill's herself rather. So it becomes a retelling of the story from that point.
Your main characters being cyclops, beast, storm, wolverine, professor x and the girl called armor and emma frost.
I'm kind of upset that rogue, gambit, psylocke the popular characters were not added in.

its actually a good series. i like this far better than the evolutions, cartoons and even the movies. the action sequences are good as always from japan animation artists when it comes to their style. You have to take this for exactly what it is. Anime style. nothin more , nothin less. i didnt like the movie version hadley that much to even garner them as crediable comic storylines anyway. they are the movie biz take. always changes. lol. In truth those characters are really the mains from the get go minus wolverine who came later but Angel and Iceman i believe are originals . I actually had issue one in lamenated sleeve , got destroyed in a flood in our basement over 20 years ago. and then later alot of my collectors series cards got messed up in another basement flood in a whole different house! o.O# :'( dang they would been worth some major moolah! :D
