I just saw this Runnin' Sets Episode for the first time and found it hilarious. Mike Ross' frustration reminds me of how GLux and I felt when we spent that night playing Cosmic Lords...

...although you should imagine 5 hours straight of that...

yeah some pages back in this thread that was exposed when they first started showing videos of UMVC3...
it was the early trailer videos that showed Vipers optic blast type special & Spencers overhead downward special move.

either you forgot you saw that or maybe around that time you wasnt around for a short while bro

anyway the crew here buzzed on those super upgrades and specials for UMVC3 when we first saw em at the time..
interesting super but it still looks awkward to me...i can only see Cyclops doing a blast like that where it bounces off the walls

I do remember watching those videos and commenting, but I never noticed, or internalized until now, that it wall bounced. 

It's a little over the top for a hyper that does so much chip damage, although when done by Hadoken or Projectile Hypers I prefer to call it CHEAP damage...

Yes, which means that it takes 4 hyper bars to use it and I know that sucks...

...why!? that isn't fair at all. it would make sense if it was the strongest hyper n the game but its not. you can give phoenix a level 3 that hits everywhere with massive damage but make vergil's a level 4!?  where's the hulk emoticon when you need it
