Wow, we may have hit the mother-load this morning. A NeoGAF user named lupinko (and lated quoted by NeoUltima) posted a rumor about the full Marvel vs Capcom 3 roster that is looking really solid right now, after guessing Shuma and Jill as DLC correctly. This is said to come from "very reliable sources". We obviously can't vouch for that, so this is a rumor at this time until farther substantiated, but if you want to see the list, click after the break. If you want to keep it a surprise, don't!

Here it is for your consideration. Also, Thor is missing from the list for whatever reason.

Notes:
-Edgeworth and Phoenix Wright make cameos in She-Hulk's ending. I think I might be missing a character, but it's 38 for the roster.
-Yes, if you have full 5 stock bar and Phoenix dies she comes back as dark Phoenix like gill resurrection. Also she has seth like health.

hmmm........this list looks more creditable then the last leak roster and it has most of the wanted characters.   I really hope this one comes to be the real one. but having Phoenix/jean grey puts it kind of iffy to me. she's to powerful. unless she is the actuall boss you fight after you beat galactus.

I agree with Dead-x. The game is not even finished and there is already 2 DLC characters? My gut is telling me that their really going to milk the DLC's for this game.

Yeah, that list is definitely looking legit. The Phoenix/Dark Phoenix thing certainly fits the "Craziest thing we've ever put into a Capcom fighter" criteria that Seth Killian mentioned recently.

On the flip side, the game's coming out a month earlier than expected. That's pretty awesome.

Anywho, Shuma and Jill for pre-order? Normally, I don't but into this "free when you pre-order!" bull****, but I'm reallllly thinking about it now. This might be the one time I buy a game on pre-order (remembers new Mortal Kombat), or maybe the second time.

yeah i see what you mean. Its looks like she is done with an anime drawing style and shaded with the standard MVSC3 style. I dislike the change in her face but this is probably due to the fan boy crybabies out there. Remember when RE5 first drop how everyone cried about her face.
