I have fixed and updated the open source char from Binho.

Mustapha is a six button char, with new sprites/sounds/moves, fixed bugs and much more.

- 7 specials
- 3 throws
- 3 helpers
- 6 hypers

This is my first char and I have much to learn, but is a good start.
