Problem- It is a incontrolable chars, run by cpu. >:P
Solution-
1.Well, when you're using Watch Mode in Mugen, at the start of the match, hold the CTRL key on your keyboard. While holding the CTRL key, press the 1 key. Then release your hold on both keys. Gouken should be usable. #:-S
2.If you want to use Gouken as a training dummy, do the aforementioned process to make the character? with which you want to lay a beat-down on him usable, and repeat said process, substituting the 2 key for the 1 key, to make Gouken defenseless. #:-S

But I know an way to use him.
Just open the cmd file with notepad. And then you can see some words like
" #!!***fff/*)(^%ll*!! " etc. Delete these word. Then you can use Gouken.
If you do it, You also can fight very easily against the Gouken. :)

I can use this char, only I delete the AI (Artificial Inteligence) and you can use the char
& for us semi retarded in the ways of mugen coding........ how do i go about that exactly? :|

Deleat ai/ and it uses the cmd file without the ai.
Works like a charm!
Or slightly modified version.But I think the other one is hi-res.

sprites and animations do not convince me much, besides, some projectiles not even have transparency or afterimage effect.
