I decided to keep spider-man's stance low so that his attacks will fit the position of the stance too.

Here you have his web shot using the tops of his hands rather than his wrists. I used pink as the base color so I would be able to see the shading better as I made the character.

Now, when I was a noob in Mugen (about a year ago, I started mugen in August 2006) I downloaded and coded Sei's Spider-Man sprites back when LedernierAzatlan was the actual coder. The Outsiders knew this even before the Outsider forum was created so it really is a shame that they are using old information to justify their current actions. That Spider-man based on Sei's sprites has nothing to do with my own Spider-man.

Attacks will be particular to Symbiote style. As I mentioned before though, don't expect this any time soon, Spidey is so low on my priorities right he's not even in my sig.

And yes, Professor X has been put on the back burner too because he was taken out of the MvC - EoH First release roster. You guys will get to know the entire roster soon enough though.

Not really, I've kind of falled into a pattern, stance, movements, get hits, attacks then supers then hypers. I tend to spend a lot of time thinking while making the first bunch of sprites and that is when I pull ideas.
And yes, Professor X has been put on the back burner too because he was taken out of the MvC - EoH First release roster. You guys will get to know the entire roster soon enough though.
awww :'( I love the sprite at the main site. Oh well I'll wait :P lol.

I'm sure blueish black will be a pallette, but it shouldn't be his default one. When Spider-Man is wearing the symbiote he is black colored, and when Eddie wears it it's blueish black.

I cant really think of any fights spidey and GG had while spidey was in black.
I know it didnt happen in the animated searies from the 90's....
There were a few times when he was really pissed at gobby in the show and mabie one of those lines would work.
(i wish they would put it out on dvd so i could tell ya what epps to look for)

He did a stance and punch animation and then quit because the white spider symbol was to hard to sprite on all the spidey sprites.

I remember that. It looks REALLY good. I agree with the idea, you should definitely try for making the costume similiar to the movie just for originality points. We already have a decent symbiote spidey around. I do like the new poses. Keep them up. I think the movie one's textures would look better on your spidey.
Making the cosutme similar to the movie can be done right now with almost no work necessary, just a palette change. This version will be the good ol comic book version. As for the "decent" symbiote spidey already around, you should be informed that it was an unauthorized edit that was leaked.
