There are 3 variations of this move:
1- goes upward doing a tatsumaki move
2- Spins in place and its immune to projectiles
3- (this move) leaps toward the enemy.

I had an idea but I am not sure about it:

Topman throws Magic Man's hat spinning on the air (my logic is if it spins, it has some relationship with Topman), then a bomb comes from it.

Does this move makes sense?

I decided to change how the Magic Hat works. Now, Topman throws the hat upward diagonally and after reaching the desired height, the hats floats up and down for some time, then disappear. It works like an anti-aerial trap.

I've been working in some effects for Topman, like run fx and special fx, because some chars uses a version with bad palettes. The run fx were made by me.
