Well, there's a good reason why!
Beximus has officially moved on from the project. He's done with the game and recently released a new beta build with more content to leave us with. You can find that build below:
He will be releasing a final patch for this build to fix up some glitches in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for that.
that's not the only news however:
He has handed a version of the project over to me to work on unofficially. Meaning any future content after that period will be handled by me to do whatever I please!
The first thing on my agenda: finish characters he was developing
Currently I have been working to finish up Juri, who will be the first new character from my end to be released onto this project, you can see her progress so far below (everything is subject to change):

After that, I will be finishing Joe from SF1 as he was next in line, and then possibly import the rest of Gladiacloud's characters.
I have been working closely with Bex to ensure I understand his source code completely and it's been a good process so far.
That's it for the next few months, the real work begins when I start adding in characters who weren't being actively developed! Meaning, I'm free to choose which characters will be included myself, but I will be very selective about it.
If you're interested in helping out, give me a hollar and I'll walk you through how certain things work for the game! Are there any specific characters you want me to include? Any characters that use Beximus' coding as a base? Let me know and I will heavily consider my options.
