more than a "another Kula edit" this is a way i found to studying kof xii style, when i edit i see some details and will use it on my boxer girl

Thats pretty easy, heres a few things you can do.
1. Count pixels. from top of shoulders to bottom of jacket. Count pixels for any part of the body.
2. Use Onion skinning, meaning lower the opacity of the previous layer.
3. you can line up your sprites like you would in a sprite sheet.and draw horizontal line across the entire document indicating where to start each point. like this line says the chins starts here and this one the knees.
I use all three in my pieces. I rely on onion skin and pixel counting the most. I can post example if you want. The best advice i can give you tho is complete the animation first then go in and fine tune all the points after afterward or just fine tune the main key frames as you work to complete the animation and then go in and fine turn everything.
You said this will be more then just an edit so lets see what you got. Keep at it it everything looks good so far. :)
