That's originally how her character design is. In FFVII AC, they just gave her a bust reduction. In Crisis Core they're pretty big. In fact so big that they make her arms and legs look like twigs.

2D Fighting games:Chun Li and Cammy from Street Fighter and Yuri Sakazaki from Art of Fighting/King of Fighters

I should have guessed that is what you requested, anyways thats cool mine is also cammy and pai. As for male's (not to sound gay) but it's sol bad guy, goku and Shin akuma.
