That is a regular screenshot. I was able, but not fully, able to convert the photoshop image to mugen itself and its also fully animated.

Ill do a demo vid later but I am about to add more things to this.

Ok I added a final feature, then ill do this will all of the characters ports.

You can see I'm taking advantage of the hi-Res character select feature.
