TMNT Hong Kong Stage for 1.0 & 1.1 Re-Release

hey guys been a while
well along time ago "OldGamer" a good friend of mine created a mugen stage for "Venus Del Milo" that I requested in case she was created
and now in 2024 I finally found it and im re-releasing it to all of you
so here is the TMNT Hong Kong Stage for 1.0 & 1.1

Not bad, bro. I really like the concept and bgm. Suggestions...

-the 1.1 def file is missing some crucial parameters that are essential to 1.1. Things like tension high, tension low and overdraw.
-There are some typos in the 1.1 version. There is a decimal instead of a comma in the cloud bg code.
-I'd lower the whole stage and ditch the bound low value.
-If you want to keep the fighters on the sidewalk, that's cool but you should use the road for something. Maybe have cars passing in front of the fighters.

There are other little things, but it's probably more preference than necessity. Keep it up man!
