Im not liking a video when more then likely its a poorly coded spiderman edit that is as awesome as any piece of crap Infinity release.

-No variations of special moves in any of the special moves. Take Ryu's hadouken for example. Light version will come out slower, medium will come out a little faster & hard will be the fastest one. This rule is like a staple when it comes to fighting games that isn't MK, VF, Bushido Blade or Tekken.
-Specials feel less to be desirable. Seriously, QCF + PP for a badly misaligned Maximum Spider?
-Misaligned sprites
-Combos feel too loose
-hitsounds needs some work
-CLSN needs alot of work.

Overall: 5/10
The videos showing off the character to me feels like a half-full bag of chips. Most of it is filled with air, not only that but the ego which is given to me in the readme pretty much sway my attention to this character.

Being a backseat mod doesn't really help.
That said, I'm going to see if I can squeeze some time in and test this out. No video feedback due to being in a hunk of junk right now to do videos.

Now let me add a few more things on that.
-Inconsistent voices. He has that custom voice for the majority of his moves and MvC Spidey's voice for the rest.
-Speaking of voices, it seems bdc isn't aware of the sound channels since his voice will continue even if he were to get hit instead of shutting up like he's supposed to. Using his taunt and smacking him every time produces amusing results.
-Due to the hackjob of the sprite edits, a lot of the animation aren't as smooth as they should be. Take the throw for example.

-X+A will create a spider web that will make Kaine automatically climb into and move around. Unfortunately, this seems to severely affect the hitpauses of his attacks to the point where the opponent can smack him back even if his attack connected.
-Y+B is supposed to be a counter move, but it's not there and serves as a taunt instead. Yes, it's the same one assigned to the start button.
-Z+C will make him invisible similar to Reptile and Cyborg Smoke from Mortal Kombat. Unlike MK, hitting Kaine will not turn off his invisibility and he's completely invincible while shifting in and out of invisibility
-His guardpush pushes the opponent too much
-QCF+PP is a FAST UNBLOCKABLE super
-QCF+PK does too much damage for a level 1 and looks pretty bad.
