Dont know if it will be a good idea since u work with the Scruffy guys maybe u can ask the guy who is making the pocket chars to sprite/draw some ports or endings for the game (cause he is a very good artist) and have pixelated work instead of pics!! Of course what I see now is also good!! :)

I think that NX is right! could be cool if you add some pixelated portraits, I understand why you use pictures and I think that you find some very very good one (seriously I like them a lot) but it's true that some pixel portrait can ameliorate your roster ^^
