Title: Error while precaching

I need help on a char I REALLY want to use. It's the Sf3 Ryu (Umihei) char. But I got an the same error.
Error message: Error loading chars/ SF3 Ryu (Umihei)/ SF3 Ryu (Umihei), def
Error while precaching
Error loading chars/ SF3 Ryu (Umihei)/ SF3 Ryu (Umihei), def

Error loading p1
I got this error quite a few times with other chars and it's really starting to make me rage
Please I need to know how to fix this error once and for all

Mugen hates spaces in foldernames. And by extension, won't like them in filenames. Rename the folder/def and see how that goes

I shortened it to SF3Ryu but it says the same thing

Right now, there's not really enough information to say why that character doesn't work.

Folder name and .def name have no spaces and match up?

Please show screenshot of fault rather than typed out text.
