like where it shows the numbers to put the chars in the order u fight them

Well, uhhhh......
at the bottom.

The Numbers represent the order of course, and you place them from who you want to fight to first and stuff.
1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
This means you will fight one level 1, once, 1 level 2 twice and so on and so forth. If You change the forst 1 to a three then that will mean you will fight 3 level one characters. If You change the last number to 89 then you will fight 89 level 10 charatcers.

what if i have

4,3,1 and my chars are order equal 1,2,3 will i fight 4 order equal 1 three order equal 2 and 1 order equal three
