Im sorry but Milliardo Peacecaft would never work for onslaught IMO
nore does he fit in mvc as he's only in bandai games...

As you can see the world he was traped in was rather weird, but in the first part after the intro and the slide, what i did was i just took all the sprites for the standing animation and placed it on the background, that i had gotten a still shot out off stage viewer. And using mugen for all the action parts.

Evil Ryu Guy has been doing something differnt for his movies based off of street fighter

He proably turns on training mode or vs mode and only selects the area he wants with snaget for recording.

Also another idea is to use flash to recorde most of it and using mugen for fights and putting it togeather in your movie editor.

There's lots of ways to do it, what you choose though depends on what your comfortable with.

Heh SpiderMew i know Millardo will never work for Onslaught but here is a dialogue which Millardo is working for Onslaught.

Onslaught: Come with me and rule the world!

Onslaught: You don't have a choice my friend.
Milliardo: No i am going to destory a certain someone(Heero) and don't get in my way.
Onslaught: Well i can give you more power to destory that someone.
Milliardo: What power?
Onslaught: A power that you can unstoppable!
Milliardo: 'smiles' okay i will  take you offer but if you don't gave me the power i wil destory you.
