need help again...

yup. this time its timing. I just want to increase stats for a specific amount of time. like strength for 10 seconds or something like that. I thought of a few ways but to no avail. I researched the doc but so far I only learned how to do the increase ability part. Yet nothing on time. what would be the best course of action in this case?
