thats the reality of things, I wouldnt recommend something like this (even as much as everybody wants an online Mugen) unless it was secure from both ends. A lot of factors like that really have to be taken into consideration

SCREW THAT! I wouldnt sign up. Thats just askin to be hacked and it would probaby crash constantly from all the people who be on it ALL the time. Not to mention damn near everyone would get or beef up their CHEAP-O CHARS just to get the most wins and say theyre the best in MUGEN.

damn mugen online would be tight, but i agree with monkeymouth, theres wayyyy to much risk. until they fix that (which im sure they will) will i want to actually try it. about the whole people cheating and beefing up their chars, maybe they can set up something where theyll already have a set of chars that can be used. for example only online chars or legit chars can be used, and any pre-edited or private chars, or any unauthorized chars for that matter wouldnt be allowed to be used.

even better how about mugen online would be do based off of full games like mvc eoh online or mavel vs dc online or even kof zillion online

There should be a list of characters that should be banned from mugen online, such as psycho shredder. Just an idea but I think mugen online should have a character scan before it loads into battle, and if someone uses a cheap character it will kick you out of the match.

That's why I said load the characters, because it's going to read all the data for that character, not just the name...
