Need help been away awhile

Ok so I've been without a computer for almost 2 years my old one crashed big time. All of my mugen was on it so now got a new one and trying to start back up BUT no of the stuff I'm using is working. So my question is … is their a new mugen engine and where can I get it ? I tried google but to many sites popped up and I want to stay safe from downloading off a bad site. Can anyone help?

The newest is still mugen 1.1, but it was made public around 4 years ago, if you are using stuff meant for 1.1, chances are that they won't work on previous mugen versions.
