I'd like to see some movement in the ponytail and a transition sprite for the arms which could be used for the recovery.
Not too sure about the arm/forearm ratio. There's a 'puffy' part (like a jacket), that should end by the elbow, right?

Its a nice one. U can also have a special intro vs Sabrerooth in order not to have him appear twice!! :)

In fact this is the only intro where Sabretooth appears. He will still see only in a winpose where he will arrive with the car (Like Birdy in X-Men Vs Street Fighter)  :)

The ratio looks much better. Nice touch by adding a different hand in one of the sprites.

Can you animate the kick with the crouch sprite? It will be easier to evaluate transitions. The body seems to jerk a little bit forward after the blurred sprite and the boobs drop few pixels without bounce.
