HOW DO I MAKE TRANSITION BLURS?

Are there any video tutorials on how to make transition blurs (if that's the corect term) for your WIP's. Like these for example:

Can't really train someone to do that. As you learn to sprite you learn to do that sort of thing. There isn't a "right" method because limbs and motions all differ. You have to learn spriting first and get OK at it so you know what the blur should be for any specific move you're making.
