Air combo knocking opponent off screen

In case you have no idea what I'm talking about by "knocking opponent off screen"

Look at REDHOT's Guile, do a air combo, and finish it with a high punch. The punch will cause the opponent to go flying off the screen a little then Guile will dash back onto the screen.

Anyone know how to add this?

I don't have the character in question, but I guess it would involve changing the values to launch a character. I forget which values would have to be changed, though... just that it's in the .cns.

Nope, it has something to do with screen bounding, which I still don't get
