Bases for a possible WIP

Let's say for the sake of argument, I want to get started on a Killer Frost WIP. I can't seem to find a good enough base to use for her. I'm trying to avoid the more overused bases like Psylocke and the like.

Any suggestions?

Please note this is obviously not complete. No details, wrong colours, odd pose, feet aren't done etc. Was just a 5 min test

Upper Body Rosemary
Lower Body Hanzo

Rosemary:
Reduce arm width by 1 pixel
Increase arm length by 2 pixels
Increase waist by 3 pixels

Hanzo:
Resize by 95%

She has no set look and has changed costumes so many times that it give you a lot of freedom with her design

As far as I'm aware neither Rosemary or Hanzo have been used in any completed character to a large degree meaning they are greatly underused.

I would suggest CVS Athena. A tiny bit of work with an unused base.

Yeah I would say go with Rosemary if you were doing the injustice version.

EDIT: I seem to be having trouble finding sprites for these characters. The IMT database has sprites on A Hanzo, but I don't think it's the same one Tom used

But I think I'll go with Tom's design ... as soon as I can find the sprites

Killer Frost just announced for Injustice and you want to create her to Mugen haha.. Good luck buddy, it will be awesome, and if ever come to think of Ares I know PERFECT base!

* A new DC character
* Her gameplay from Injustice is a solid basis
* Obscure bases and character would make her rather unique

And on top of her Injustice moveset (or what's been revealed of it) I have some ideas of my own

Not sure, I'm just basing her off her appearance in Injustice (and to a certain extent, Young Justice)

In the Young Justice animated series, she's Crystal Frost. In Injustice, it's probably Louise Lincoln.

I would choose the latter over the former.
