In a fit of boredom and having just looking through SF fanart, decided to make part of a Crimson Viper sprite (her gloves are a seperate color on purpose, they're not done yet)

C Viper is probably my favorite of the SFIV newcomers, Rufus being a second.

Not bad,

I think you should use a darker outline such as black and use selout.
and De-saturate her gloves, it looks like MS paint default blue. D :

Yeah that's a problem with Jedah's Midnight Bliss sprite I guess.

Update

Updated shading and (hopefully) fixed her leg

EDIT: forgot to turn off transparency when I made the double sized sprites to her feet look weird. Will fix

Its better it just look awkward with her foot in a three quarter view behind her. Try standing like that you'll see what I mean.

Blame yourself. you should have noted it and corrected. One up the artist that originally did the sprite.

Love how the feets and hands are in a unnatural position. Hope you change that and fix the hair because the front part is just a mess. May be a good start but you should fix those issues or else it will stay just as a failed attempt.
