First pass at trying to animate Armadillo. Still ruff around the edges, but it's coming along nice.

Oh wow! I didn't know you can animate a stance that well. Maybe you can give it a try for Tombstone as well. I'm hopeless lol

Thanks Dev! Your sprites look great so I don't know what your talking about LoL. Here is another pass at Armadillo's animation as well as cleaning up some of the sprites.

Nice animation! But there is a wrong frame, where he looks to be hicup (its the one where the tail moves to the left).

Good point & i'll try to smooth that out. Maybe it needs one more frame on the legs moving.

First attempt at making a walk forward animation for Armadillo. It's still ruff and gerky in motion, but I couldn't wait to show off the new animation. I hate doing the walk animations the most mainly because of the amount of frames you need. This walk is 15 frames.

Armadillo? Is this thought up by imagination by you or an actual character that does exist?

He is a third string Marvel villain & that's probably why you don't know him LoL.

Character looks brilliant. You should bring him to life. Top class work.

It's looking great.
