What are the Pro's VS cons of switching to Mugen 1.0

i just  .....i cant make the switch, any thoughts on how to sway me on this cause the thought of attempting to convert my SP and everything else over is just alittle to much for me & as far as i know there are no relatively large slotted SP for 1.0....besides ive seen 600 but and i know of ppl dont like it but i do....thats not enough i have 4 years worth of Chars
