what if coding was easy? Well i will explain what if a program that can do the characters from a  moves and animation for you without coding. That only works for the characters that is in a real game not sprite editing and original.  So concludes better mugen :'(

mugen coding isn't too hard, you just can't pick up and do it, it takes a little reading.
The system you described seems unwieldy and defeats the purpose of mugen. No original or edited characters?  :(|)

i forget to say the program will scan the characters and know what moves and etc it has

honestly Mugen isn't impossible to code.  I don't know about it being easy per se.  Easier than one may think?  I know this all seemed very intimidating at first.  But I would love a program like that.  I suppose Kung Fu Man is like a barebones skeleton in some ways.  That you could base alot of chars on (guile, magneto, yamazaki are some others it appears).  but it would be interesting to have like a gui with some stuff like already done for you.  Kinda like a framework.  But different.  I think that's a bit off in the future of mugen though....

there isnt any magic program/ button in mugen, what your describing is you want something to magically make stuff in mugen with no or little work involved ie you want the impossible
