I'm waiting to get the Archos 7 instead. Although from the short time I had to try the iPad, I actually liked it despite what the Apple haters (Read: PC Fanboys) had to say haha.

Nope, no 3G, just old fashioned wireless.

FYI, I got my iPad to remote into my desktop so I can program and play mugen on the iPad, only issue is adding multiple sprites to an SFF since there is no real functional shift button.
