cyberbots char

Being a great Cyberbots fan I've decided to try to make a char based on the game. Since only Kong made a wider collection of such and his stuff is opensource I've decided to use his creations as a base.

Progress on my stuff goes rather slow + it's my first char ever, so don't expect much. Anyways a little hint of how may the char will look (moreless):

done (moreless):
- reworked combos, now you can't do hypers while comboing...
- reenabled normal attacks (instead of jumping straight to hypers), seriously I don't know why this "feature" was implemented in the first place
- altered body graphic (in about 60%)
- one new custom attack
- now an arm can be lost and it impacts gameplay
- fixed win and lose anims

to be done and in progress:
- finish new specials and normal attacks
- redesign AI (at this point I don't have a clue how to do it )
- redesign/customize arm sprites
- make new weapon projectiles

and fix all possible bugs

btw the char is an edit of Lightning, which can be found on this site in chars section, so feel free to compare changes
