need help

hi im here because i need help making a life bar.... i make the sprites and i take the default life bar for mugen and i remplaze the archives.... and i thank that was right, but... i test it in the game and it dont look like i want... some pieces sems to be smalles and bigest... and i dont know very much how i could make a great life bar... and i ask you a favor... if you could code it for me or help me ehit a tuto or something like that..... i hope you could help me.....  here are the sprites

the life bar is a soul calibur 2 lifebar....
