that is the question ,what is the character who has the most easy commands and the most devastating powers

i mean really exist a character who not have normal moves only supers and specials??

no no i mean ,a character who NOT have ANY normal move like punches or kicks only press A and make a hadouken or pres x+y and make a super mega hyper triple gauge combo
the characters you mentioned are normal ones and evil ken is a over powered char with difficult commands
well i see if there is no one with the characteristics i be made one

That doesn't mean they're easy to control, just super cheap, and I'm not sure if there's been a char like that. Except maybe joke chars like F1, or omega tom hanks?

Really all you'd have to do is edit the cmd to change special and super commands to a single button or combination of buttons. not hard at all.

yes i know but editing that only change to a "very easy mode" an existing character ,can be done for every char but the sprite animations and "hidden" states will be there.

I think Pico is a 1-button character

If you really just want a ridiculous character that you don't have to try to play, save yourself some trouble and just go get Rare Akuma. Just mash the buttons and stuff will die.
