I have a question about sprites..

Once I am done capturing all the pictures I need from a game, what do I need to do so that I can start coding in Fighter Factory? What do I need to do to each picture? I heard something about making an SFF file but I'm not sure. Thanks.

once you get the sprites you need to switch them to a 256 color pcx file and make their pallete. look at this
