same problem.. mini protraits

the mini portraits dont match the palettes so is the game it gets all distorted. is there a way to just have the mini portraits stay the same color as the original? some characters i downloaded in the past dont share palletes with the mini portraits. what do i have to do in fighter factory to make it maintain the original color?

and change the group nr

ya but that doesn't always work and believe me I've tried a number of methods..which method I try the ENTIRE sequence becomes FUBAR...and pisses me off.

ideas?
