That is beyond the expertise of anyone here, (anyone who would have the expertise wouldn't want to spend that much time on something like this).

You however could change the text with a hex editor (using a relative search) or resource editor.

It is also possible that the bars blue background is an image you could remove with a resource editor, (I highly doubt it but is worth looking into.)

Doesn't the No-limit hack remove that bar?

I've never messed with a hex editor before, so I will look into that. I tried browsing the .sff of the EVE screenpack but didn't find anything. I also tried asking Van, but never got a reply. he probably thinks I want to remove his copyright info or something.
