[Hi-Res Lifebars] Bloody Aqua lifebars by Me

Ok this will be my 3rd HI-RES Lifebars release and they are once again INSPIRED by Bloody Roar.  The Lifebars are done completely from scratch and they were not ripped from anything.  I took the Idea from Bloody Roar 4.  The sprites are completely mine and open source, so feel free to use them and release them how ever you wish. 
The only thing not open source would be the sounds because "Ryon" Ripped them From BR4 and they are his so just ask him if ya want to use them.
