Wow, like I said before, beautiful effects. One thing tho, at 1:31, is that an actual Rugal move or did you make it up? It reminds me of one of Juli's hypers

added charge to him since his power gain rate is rather slow, some shots, hes almost finished btw

also added his recovery system, its similar to mugen as in when allowed u press KK or PP but if its done near the ground and u hold fwd or back instead of tech flip u get a roll recovery

heh, its not 20 min per bar dont worry, its slow compared to my previous thats all, prety similar to sfa if i was to compare it

wow this really came along quick I finally got a chance to check out the vid you did for him and I am pretty Impressed and had a question....you might of covered this but are the commands going to be Rugal commands MVC or or snk based?

added his last super after all, a modified genocide heaven, mixes cvs2 gh and kof 2k2 beads destructor, lvl1 only btw
