What about the anime I mentioned like Paranoia Agent, Saint Seiya, etc? You ask a normal person what those are and they won't have any idea either. Pokemon, Digimon, Yugioh, DBZ, Naruto, etc. are main stream TV anime. They obviously mainstream among the fandom itself. When it comes to mainstream, I split it into 2 categories, mainstream on TV and mainstream among the anime fandom. Any anime that is mainstream on TV is in the mainstream anime fandom. Haruhi, Lucky Star, Fruits Basket, Azumanga Daioh and other anime

of fans know of but isn't on TV. They are mainstream within the community cause everyone knows of those anime and many among the community love those anime despite it not being on TV.

Oh ok.You had me confused there.But yeah the way I look at it I don't see the animes that don't come on TV as mainstreams.But shows that come on adult swim I see some of them as mainstreams.The way I look at it a mianstream anime to me is an anime that comes on TV and that everyone knows and love Naruto and Bleach for example.Since shows like Haruhi,Azumanga and Lucky Star aren't as known and doesn't come on TV I don't look at them as mainstreams especially since Naruto and Bleach are more popular than all of the shows I've mentioned.

a good game would be Capcom VS SNK VS Marvel VS DC VS Mortal Kombat VS Nintendo, all teams would get 20 fighters each

also i don't know if anybody heard of the game for Arcade called Mutant Nation, but it would really awesome if someone took all the characters from that and made a mugen like game where it was just one on one fighting, instead of a side scroller
