you should resize the width using paintshop or photoshop...after this replace the old one with the new one and play around with bounds.

I know everyone says that but when I try it I always mess up an end up not knowing what in the world is going on. If someone would lay out some steps I would love to learn so I wouldn't have to ask and I could show people
