LOL no man he wasn't released. It was a beta i got a while ago from SyN's site but he doesn't host the beta anymore and the only way that you could of gotten it was by getting 200 SyN coins. I already had that many and spent it on the beta which was awesome.

Nope it was a forum Feature that you missed out on but it was a big mistake since Mugen Free for all and the Hidden Elect Leaked him about 3 weeks ago.
