You mean if they were made into Mugen characters? Akuma... I'm sure he was. I mean, he's Akuma. As for R.Mika, there's a nude version (with a clothed patch, but she didn't play like her SFA self), and an offline version more accurate to SFA 3.

Now, if you're gonna ask for them, go to the request section.
