benefits include:
your name in the readme file
you getting gamma versions of CU
and thats about all I can think of right now
how to be done:
well the base is yours to chose but a spider-man base is just an Idea
what is needed:
a stance (which we'd like to be floating in midair)
a crouch (which is on the ground)
jumping up, forward, back
walking...well floating forward and backward
4 standing attacks one being a laser punch
4 crouch attacks one being laser eyes
4 air attacks one being a laser shooting downward at the enemy
a flying stance
flying forward and backwards
a get hit, hit up, a lose pose
a intro
a taunt
a trip
a fall
a air, ground, and standing block
and I think thats it.
if you'd like to help us we'd ask to pm either me or Fallen_Angel and will decide on the spriter (not trying to sound conceded)

1) Many people may be busy in their own projects
2) People may NOT be interested in spriting CU, even if they do have spriting abilities.
3) People may not know you very well to feel motivated to help.
I'm not saying you asking for help is bad. In fact, it's probably one of the easier methods to get help. However, it's not 100% perfect. I think your best bet is to either ask others personally that you know/speak to on a regular basis (i.e through e-mail or by pm), or expand your search for a spriter on different forums. Also, you may want to state what the benefits to the spriter will be. Trust me, it takes too long to sprite even the smallest character (either hand drawn, drawing over sprites, or frankenspriting), and I don't think anyone would be inclined to help in a project with no benefits.
Don't take this the wrong way. This isn't an attack. On the other hand, if you attack others who show no interest and plead to the masses for help, many will be turned off. Just try a different approach, and maybe you'll get that help you desire....
