Title: Can this screenpack be fixed?

Hi all

Curious if anybody would know how to fix this Marvel Super Heroes screenpack select screen. The Black portions of the TV screens are not supposed to be there. The TV screens are supposed to be fuzzy entirely

Can anybody help me?
