Title: Ripping Sprites from Martial Masters PGM ROM

I have no experiance with ripping sprites... but I did a lot fo searching before I decided to post here a lot of the tutorials are for cps1-2 roms only.... im more interested in the PGM rom and what emulator is best for ripping sprites for it.

Also I would appreciated it if the guy who is working on Monk from mugen masters give me a few pointers... I forgot what his name is...
