So last time I edited a character it was an fan-made evil version of a touhou character. The logical thing to do clearly is to do it again(sans the evil part as Meimu isn't evil.)
For the moment, Meimu is currently a non-charge version of Ricepigeon's Reimu. Properties were changed in the moves to reflect this(as in, Meimu doesn't recover as fast from throwing an amulet.). I do plan to update her to separate her more from her original, but for now, I wanted to establish a groundwork and make sure nothing I edited broke something before I continue further.

Changes from Reimu_RP
- Charge commands to normal commands:
Hakurei amulet = QCF
Ascension Kick = DP
Dimensional Rift = DD
Cautionary Barrier = QCFx2
Omnidirectional Demon Binding Circle = QCBx2
- Crouching Strong and dropkick commands switched.
- Amulet unsafe on block at point blank
- Amulet Y has Z speed. Amulet Z shoots upward.
- Ascencion Kick goes less forward and higher in all versions.
- Ascencion Kick X has same invicibility frames as other versions.
- Dimensional Rift is movement only. No attacks. Version determines position
- Cautionary barrier all versions act like X version. Barrier moves forward faster and at a longer distance.
- Cautionary barrier damage reduced
- Fantasy Seal removed
- Wallport added
- Voice removed(Self reminder, add 11,0 to sound file once a voice is decided upon)
